The Business Torts Committee was created to serve attorneys with a varied
business litigation practice. The committee will address a wide range of
subject matter, meeting the needs of attorneys with a diverse caseload. Areas
to be covered include the law of employment, intellectual property,
construction, franchises and business opportunities, and unfair trade
practices, among others.
