Produces, edits, and publishes the Connecticut Bar Journal, the official publication of the CBA. The Bylaws of the CBA mandate publication of Formal Opinions of the Committee on Professional Ethics and the Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Law in the Connecticut Bar Journal. The Connecticut Bar Journal also publishes scholarly articles of interest to the bar in quarterly issues.
