The purpose of the Children and The Law Committee is to discuss and consider
issues impacting children and parents who become involved in the legal process,
promote the continuing education of CBA members and the general community
with respect to such issues, monitor and develop positions with respect to
proposed legislation and regulatory action involving the children, and to
foster relationships between attorneys and private, public and governmental
organizations dealing with the elderly.
