This program provides a mechanism for resolving economic disputes between lawyers by way of a procedure that is speedy, private, cost effective, and beneficial to the judicial system, our lawyers, and the public. By providing this program, the CBA contributes to alleviate some additional burdens on our already over-burdened court system.
