Discusses matters of mutual interest among those who administer our state court
system and who are regularly engaged as judges and attorneys in the actual
administration and functioning of the system on a day-to-day basis. The
objective is to give input to administrators and attempt to improve and/or
modify the system to the extent necessary and possible.
