The Media and the Law Committee seeks to bring together those CBA members practicing in the fields of Freedom of
Information, First Amendment, privacy, and other areas—with members of
Connecticut’s print, radio, and television media to discuss current issues
affecting this practice area, educate both groups on the legal issues
affecting these radically and rapidly developing subject areas, and foster a
more positive relationship between CBA members and Connecticut’s media.
