Monitors and evaluates, on an active and on-going basis, CBA membership
programs, services and benefits, and the membership’s response to them;
proposes, coordinates and implements general and targeted membership
recruitment drives; explores, weighs and proposes new membership benefits and
services when relevant and, determines how the CBA can best meet the needs and
desires of the Connecticut lawyer, to be both effective and relevant to that
lawyer’s perceived interests, and so to provide a value to that lawyer as to
induce membership in the CBA.
