This committee is the voice of the CBA in lawyer discipline, spearheading and
coordinating efforts towards the improvement of professional discipline and
responsibility in Connecticut. The committee is charged with the responsibility
of reviewing the procedures involved in disciplining attorneys and drafting, or
assisting in drafting, changes to the Rules that guide the Statewide Grievance
Committee, Statewide Bar Counsel, and the Bar. The committee prepares the
Professional Discipline Digest which appears four times a year in the Connecticut
Lawyer.
