The purpose of this committee is: 1) to monitor the progress and enhance the
status and opportunities available to women in the legal profession; 2) to
provide women attorneys in Connecticut with an opportunity to share concerns,
communicate, and network with one another in a supportive forum; and 3) to
promote the participation of the Connecticut Bar Association in substantive
areas of law and legislation that present issues of particular concern to women
in the profession, and to those who seek legal services.
