The purpose of the Administrative Law section is to promote the objectives of
the CBA within the field of administrative law by providing a forum to educate
members on the most current administrative law issues. The section concentrates
primarily on the Connecticut Administrative Procedures Act and the practices of
the various agencies governed by the Act.
The Administrative Law Web site is maintained by Attorney Martha Murray with the
advice, additions and suggestions of the entire Section. Your comments and
