This section aims to increase the awareness of ADR within the bar and the
general public, promote communication among lawyers and others involved in ADR,
act as a resource to the courts and others regarding ADR, improve the quality
of ADR services and encourage members of the bar to serve as neutrals in
various ADR settings.
