The purpose of the Elder Law Section is to discuss and consider issues in elder
law, promote the continuing education of CBA members and the general community,
monitor and develop positions with respect to proposed legislation and
regulatory action involving the elderly, and to foster relationships between
attorneys and private, public, and governmental organizations dealing with the
elderly.
