This section aim to organize the members of the CBA who are workers’
compensation practitioners and to educate all members of the bar at all levels
of expertise as to Connecticut Workers’ Compensation law. Furthermore, the
section attempts to provide services to organizations other than the CBA when
those organizations are involved in the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation
system. The section also works with all levels of government in an effort to
improve the system whether it be by legislation, appointments, or the
administration of the cases before the commission.

Workers' Compensation Certification Exam Results
Grading of the Workers' Compensation Certification exam is progressing. The
Examining Committee has sent the preliminary information to the testing
consultant for review. We expect to announce the exam results in August.
Applicants for certification will be notified of exam results by mail. Thank
you for your patience.
